What you’ll need: sewing measuring tape (or string and tape measure)

Instructions:

  1. Stand in front of a mirror. Wrap the measuring tape around you like a necklace with one end to the front of you.
  2. Use the end to move up and down the long side of the measuring tape to figure out where you would like your necklace to lay on you.
  3. Figure out if you need an additional chain extender for layering.

What you’ll need: sewing tape measure (or string and ruler)

Instructions:

  1. Wrap the tape measure around your wrist/ankle so it fits snug.
  2. Make note of the length.
  3. Add extra length to what you measured depending on the fit you would like.

Tight fit: add 1/2”

Just right fit: add 1”

Relaxed fit: add 1 1/2”

Tip: 

  • You can always add our 1” chain extender if you aren’t sure what type of fit you like.
  • For gifts, the chain extender option is perfect since it may be a bit harder to guess their size!
