Order Accuracy

Please carefully review your order details before placing your purchase. This includes shipping address, customization details, and product selections.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Wrong country selection

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has begun.

Your jewelry is handcrafted from start to finish in our studio. Due to the handmade nature of our items, the production time is 7-10 business days. The production time is subject to change during the holiday season.

All US orders ship via USPS First Class Mail by default, which usually delivers within 3-4 business days. Upgraded options are available at checkout.

International orders will ship through DHL and USPS International, depending on the country or region. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Secretly Hers is not responsible for the country’s taxes and/or custom duties. Customer should be aware of any additional fees during delivery or pick up.

Please note that production time is exclusive of shipping time. Secretly Hers is not responsible for any lost packages.

Once your order is placed, we start production immediately. However, if you reach out to us within 1-2 hours of ordering, we will be able to help you. Please contact us at hello@secretlyhers.com with your order number and desired changes. If your item can not be edited, we will let you know.

We will only be able to edit items that have been ordered. This includes: ring sizes, chain lengths, or personalization. Please note we can not add or remove any items from your order after it has been placed.

After 2 hours of your order being placed, we will not allow for any changes.

If your order has not shipped, we will be able to edit the shipping address for you. Please contact us at hello@secretlyhers.com with your order number and the new shipping address. Please note that we may take 24 hours to get to your email.

If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to edit the shipping information.

We are confident in the production of our pieces and want to make sure you feel confident in them, too.

We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@secretlyhers.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process. Original order shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return item. Refund will be processed once we receive your item.

*Returns for customized or personalized pieces are not allowed at this time.*

Yes! We want to make sure your jewelry fits you properly. Please contact us at hello@secretlyhers.com with your order number and we will figure out a solution together. Exchanging the length of your chain will only be valid within 7 days of receiving your order, so make sure to contact us immediately. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees to and from us if it applies.

14k gold-filled is the best alternative to solid gold jewelry. Gold-filled is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than your typical plated jewelry. It is extremely durable, won’t chip or flake off, and is tarnish and water resistant. The finish is beautiful and will last for years to come if cared for properly! We also carry sterling silver as an alternative metal.
